The Vineyard project is a commercial retail project located in Kern County, California. It consists of approximately 328,500 sq. ft. of prime commercial retail center on 42 acres of land. This commercial center will not only meet the retail demands of the city and north Kern County, but will also create 1,664 jobs and stimulate the local economy. The goal of “The Vineyard” is to build and manage a large mixed-use commercial center that includes numerous retail buildings with entertainment, food service, retail and residential components. This project will be the largest commercial center in the region, will recapture the retail leakage, and create the much-needed employment opportunities in Kern County.
